Refund and returns policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or refused. The refund takes 5 days to be processed
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially recorded.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be processed.

Items on sale
Only normal priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange for the same item, please email us at contact@containerworldnewzealand.eu and send your item to 8 Rabone Street, Henderson, Auckland 0612.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not specified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient of the gift has had the order dispatched to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the recipient of the gift, who will be informed of your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must send it by post to the following address: 8 Rabone Street, Henderson, Auckland 0612
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
